Our story begins in the vibrant California province, where our grandfather, Minh, first mastered the delicate balance of beef marrow and aromatic spices. He believed that a great Phở could heal the soul.

In 1954, he brought his recipe to the bustling streets of Hanoi, serving neighbors from a simple wooden cart that became a local landmark. That same cart’s spirit lives in every “Heritage” restaurant today.
